Simplehuman is an experimental mail client. It uses your Google account to sign you in. Each Gmail account needs a separate grant of access.

With your consent, Simplehuman reads mail, changes labels, manages drafts, downloads attachments, and sends messages when you ask it to. It stores account details, encrypted provider tokens, mail metadata, drafts, scheduled jobs, and private attachments on Railway.

Simplehuman does not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train general AI models. Access to Google user data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect a Gmail account in Settings or revoke access in your Google Account. Disconnecting removes the stored provider tokens and cancels queued jobs. It does not yet erase all saved drafts, metadata, job records, or attachments. To request removal of that stored data, contact yuvraj@ceisium.com.

This experiment is still under test. Use a test mailbox until the live verification work is complete.
